 NOTICE OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING
An Extraordinary General Meeting will be held on Monday, 9th January 2012 in St. George’s Church Hall, George Street, Dumfries at 1.30 pm to consider the following motion for dissolution, as per Clause 10 of the Constitution:
- That Dumfries & Galloway Seniors Forum be dissolved herewith and that any assets remaining after the satisfaction of all debts and liabilities, shall be given or transferred to Age Scotland Reg. Charity SC010100, having been identified as a charitable body having aims similar to the aims of the Forum.


A sandwich lunch and refreshments will be served from 12.45 pm, prior to the meeting.  


Please advise the office if you will be attending the meeting, whereupon any necessary paperwork can be sent to you.  If you require a lift, or indeed if you can offer transport to another member, please let us know and we will try to co-ordinate this for you.
